劉義周：未加速王金平黨籍公文

立法院內政委員會今天審查中選會人事同意權案，但焦點將集中在「王金平黨籍案」。

國民黨立委廖正井質詢當天傍晚才收到王金平喪失黨籍案時，為何馬上處理完。主委提名人張博雅表示，中選會的公文都會在當天處理完畢；副主委提名人劉義周進一步說明，現在都是電子公文作業，所以處理迅速。

廖正井追問沒有加快(處理)？劉義周兩度強調，完全沒有、一點也沒有。

廖正井問，目前公文沒有答覆怎麼辦？劉義周表示，這是立法院的問題，不是中選會的問題，立法院做決定不是中選會能夠干涉。
