遭綠委疑助馬，張博雅敲桌回應

立法院內政、司法、法制委員會聯席會議，今天審查行政院函送中選會委員提名名單。

民進黨立委姚文智質詢時，一直緊咬著中選會在卅分鐘函轉撤銷王金平黨籍公文一事，質疑中選會暗助馬英九總統進行政爭。中選會主委張博雅不斷回應「完全沒有」，指公文都是當天處理完畢，但姚文智仍持續質疑、不相信張博雅所言。

張博雅原本還口氣和緩的回應，但因姚文智不接受她解釋，又讓兩人對話聲音轉大，姚文智指張博雅在「耍嘴皮」，張博雅則兩度握拳敲桌，提高聲調回應並沒有耍嘴皮，並指「你不相信我也沒辦法」；姚文智則揚言要調出中選會當月公文，了解處理時間是否真如張博雅所言。
