最好行的通,北市,新北蛋黃蛋白區的公寓都連在一起,電梯是要做在哪裡?就算你是獨立一層兩戶的舊大樓,你的電梯建在外牆不算增建嗎?建在裡面就要犧牲原本使用空間,一樓也會說,我家又用不到電梯,我不出錢,我看把樓梯改電動手扶梯還比較快,想騙三歲小孩啊,這樣舊大樓又要飆了嗎?
