YPF石油公司國有化 西班牙阿根廷願磋商

阿根廷經濟部25日表示，阿根廷和西班牙政府同意，將就阿根廷在2012年把西班牙力豹仕集團(Repsol)在合資的股份國有化的問題，進行磋商。

西班牙力豹仕集團在YPF公司持有57.4%的股權，阿根廷民粹女總統費南德茲在2012年4月，宣布接管力豹仕集團在YPF的51%股權，市價估計超過100億美元。

阿根廷政府指控力豹仕集團並未在該公司做足額投資，只是利用出口石油賺取利益。

此事引發西班牙政府抗議，揚言全面報復，兩國關係陷入緊張。力豹仕集團並因此向「國際投資爭端解決中心」(International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes)提出訴訟，要求105億美元的賠償。

阿根廷和西班牙決定，將就補償力豹仕集團的問題，進行磋商，而相關各方就此案的法律訴訟行動將暫時停止。
