想請教大理石裂痕的問題

最近剛交屋，但之前因門口大理石有瑕疵，

故請建商做更換，建商二話不說就換了一片，

但近日在屋中卻發現客廳的大理石有一道長長的修補痕跡，

似乎是裂了，而且這修補痕跡並不平滑，

向建商反應後給的回覆是"那是天然的"，我上網查了資料，

大理石確實會有些微的裂痕，但我就是沒看到有像我家裂的這麼長的，

連側邊都可以摸得出有裂痕，故想請教這紋路(如圖)是否真的是天然的？

如果真的是裂掉，我會再請廠商處理，感謝大家的幫忙。
