X-M1換鏡頭請教

前天老爸送我公司貨X-M1的雙鏡組(27mm,16-55mm)
但是兩顆鏡頭都不是我要的
如果要把鏡頭換成我要的話(18-55mm跟35mm)
有兩種方法不知道哪種可以花比較少的錢
把機身留著，鏡頭賣掉換成我要的(平輸鏡頭)
或是把機身跟鏡頭都賣掉，換成全平輸(有商家願意拆鏡賣給我38000$/X-M1+18-55mm+35mm)

想問如果只出鏡頭的話，這兩顆新發表的鏡頭可以賣多少呢(相機已經拆開了，只試拍了一些)

還有想請問一件事情
今天用的時候螢幕中間偏右一點點有出現多數線狀(如圖：大概是這樣，任何時候都會有)
也不知道是不是拿到的當天就有了，今天才注意到
這樣是不正常的吧？XD
