信義線旁的房子

今年稍早，從舊屋換到捷運信義線旁的軍宅，最近一直看到版上多空交戰。

老實說，我也覺得房價真的太高了，但房子看來看去，覺得現在住的地方機能真的很不錯，就把舊屋換到這邊，信義線開通的那個星期日，還跑去看捷運站的路邊音樂會，人很多，感覺像以前小時候的廟會一樣，好熱鬧。

雖然沒有要靠房子賺錢，自己住的也不可能換來換去，但還是會有點小擔心，台北市的房價，明年真的會開始反轉嗎?
