人狗車禍騎士住院　挨告者否認是飼主

【林錫淵／高雄報導】一名伍姓（27歲）機車騎士上班途中，與一隻從騎樓衝出的黃色土狗發生車禍，騎士摔得全身是傷、左手還骨折，經送醫住院4天、休養3個月，黃狗卻沒事，伍男事後找上黃姓女飼主（35歲）理論，不料黃女否認是飼主，辯稱黃狗是流浪狗，只是常到家門前吃東西。

伍男憤憤不平，指稱車禍發生後，明明看到黃女將黃狗帶回騎樓地，且黃女有到醫院探視他，現在卻推得一乾二淨，怒告黃女傷害及毀損罪，警方受理後，今將全案函送高雄地檢署偵辦。
