地下水監測標準　新增監測管制銦、鉬

【洪敏隆／台北報導】為預防地下水污染惡化及掌握國內地下水品質，環保署修正《地下水污染監測(管制)標準》，下月起實施，除監測和污染管制標準改為一致，並對人體有危害的總酚項目細分檢測納管，高科技半導體等產業排放水會有的「銦」及「鉬」，也納入監測管制項目。

環署土基會表示，修改總酚項目的水質監測及管制，是依國際癌症研究署、美國環保署綜合風險資訊系統認定可能的致癌物質，區分納管「2,4,5-三氯酚」、「2,4,6-三氯酚」及「五氯酚」。

土基會說，由於銦、鉬已在國內地下水中檢出，表示高科技產業之排放水可能已影響地下水品質，因此納入監測，其中，鉬雖為人體必需之微量元素，但過去在前蘇聯高鉬區調查顯示，每天高濃度鉬的攝入（10至15毫克），會引發痛風。

此外，氯化碳氫化合物新增「1,1,1-三氯乙烷」、「1,2-二氯苯」及「3,3’-二氯聯苯胺」，並新增「氟鹽」監測，因為過量氟鹽將造成急性傷害，可能造成骨骼 氟化而產生如殘廢、癱瘓等症狀。
