有關收看日本電視台的方法

因為12.31會有類似紅白的LIVE，然後會在某些特定的電視台播出

聽說可以改IP收看什麼的，那IP我有，只是我不知道要怎麼連，還有要用哪個程式才有辦法看這幾個頻道!!!!?
