浴室排水管作明管

之前因為(透天厝)三樓浴室洗澡會造成樓下房間跟本身三樓房間淹大水
找了水電行來看(因為那浴室剛重建不到5年),水電行說有可能排水管破裂或者接頭移位
如果不想開挖就作明管,請問作明管會不會施工很久阿,這樣就可以一勞永逸嗎??
目前是大概兩星期用通樂就可以不漏水...但是好像越來越嚴重了
唉!明管好像很醜阿...
