淫教主性侵少女17次　遭判14年

【賴又嘉、吳珮如／台北報導】新北市一名惡劣的母親，竟因沈迷靈修，將自己11歲的女兒獻給「道之門生活學堂」68歲創辦人歐陽顯，作為性侵對象，還逼女兒與歐陽顯3P，時間長達2年，士林地院認定2人共性侵少女17次，今依加重強制性交罪，重判歐陽顯14年、惡母11年，全案還可上訴。
 
法官指出，歐陽顯以「能量導引」為由取得惡母信任，進而和少女發生性行為，他否認性侵，堅稱只在少女同意下，要少女替他口交2次，法官認為歐陽顯沒有悔悟，認定他性侵少女17次，以一罪一罰，每次各判7年8月到7年10月不等，合併執行14年有期徒刑；而惡母未盡責保護幼女責任，每次各判7年6月到7年8月，合併執行11年。
