【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】北京密雲縣平頭村原村委會主任王曉雷，綽號大雷，被警方抓獲時，他躺在一間洗浴中心的總統套房內，旁邊有兩位年輕女子陪伴左右。

在王曉雷居住的大院裏，偵查員查獲了一輛價值近200萬元人民幣的奧迪A8汽車，這只是他眾多豪華汽車中的一部，王曉雷還擁有凌志等數量豪車。據警方統計，這位村主任名下的個人資產達數千萬元人民幣。

33歲的王曉雷不僅早已成家，而且還是兩個孩子的父親，他被指涉黑、瘋狂盜採砂石、打砸執法車輛、敲詐勒索、甚至強收過路費。2010年8月，王曉雷被判17年有期徒刑，罰款200萬元。當地村民稱，王曉雷天天打麻將，夜夜當新郎，他被捕後村民放炮慶祝。
