【動新聞】像天安門擋坦克　阻台電施工無罪

【方翊倩／綜合報導】台灣的人權有救了！繼上周台中高等行政法院判決政府對苗栗大埔農地強制徵收案違法後，彰化地方法院法官陳義忠，昨又對彰化縣北斗鎮民眾阻擋台電工程車施工涉強制罪案判無罪。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，判決指出，台電公司2011年2月間，施作南投變電所到彰林變電所間的超高壓輸電線路工程，地主和居民要求補償抗爭，台電暫停施工。但同年3月4日台電未經溝通逕自在北斗鎮施工，彰化縣議員李俊諭與11名民眾以機車包圍台電人員及工程車。法官援引六四天安門事件一名北京民眾以肉身擋坦克為例，並斥「難道天安門擋坦克是強制罪犯？」肢體訴求並無立即危險，是和平行為，應視為言論自由保障範圍，判決民眾無罪。
