議員疑暴力討債 12萬元交保

（中央社記者葉子綱雲林縣8日電）嘉義縣陳姓議員疑涉暴力討債等案，雲林地方法院今天裁定新台幣12萬元交保並限制住居。

雲林地檢署指出，雲檢偵辦1件重利案，意外查出陳姓議員涉嫌組織集團，從事重利、暴力討債及經營運動簽賭站等，昨天搜索其住處等地，帶回陳姓議員共14人偵訊。

檢方偵訊後，以有串證之虞向法院聲請羈押陳姓議員，雲林地方法院駁回，裁定以新台幣12萬元交保並限制住居；陳姓議員獲保後離開。1030108
