指人夫到處留情女子遭判賠

北市林姓補習班女老師，與已婚的王姓國標舞老師有感情及金錢糾紛，前年底，林女到北市文山區興隆路附近佈告欄，張貼手寫及電腦打字的告示，指王男「欠錢不還」、「到處留情」、「下一位善良的女子不要再受騙」等語，遭王求償105萬元; 雖然王男指控因林女的行為，導致跟他學習國標舞的學生少了大半，由於王未能舉證以實其說，台北地院審理後，只判決林女須賠償5萬元。
