替兒賄選　前立委林進春判刑定讞

【劉昌松／台北報導】前立委林進春因在前年第8屆立委選舉時，幫兒子林益邦買票賄選，今天被最高法院依違反《選罷法》判刑4年2月，併科罰金3百萬元，褫奪公權4年定讞。

判決指出，林進春在2011年底就開始和遠房表弟鄭金堆在彰化地區佈局，幫兒子林益邦佈局立委選舉，隔年2人開始透過地方人士灑錢，以5百元代價四處買票，彰化地院痛批買票是敗壞選風的根源，抹滅民主政治的真意，判林徒刑4年2月、褫奪公權外，也宣告併科罰金，

全案上訴二、三審都遭駁回定讞，鄭金堆等其他同案16名被告也已陸續被判刑3年到4月不等徒刑定讞，林進春則因中櫃掏空案被判刑2年半，目前服刑中。
