到府幫打幹細胞　醫美護士遭訴

【賴又嘉／台北報導】北市1名醫美診所顧姓護士於2010年9月到10月間，7度到北市文山區岳姓、姚姓病患住處，為2人施打醫美幹細胞針劑，因顧女非醫師，因此遭依違反《醫師法》送辦。
 
由於顧女向檢方坦承，曾7度為2名病患施打醫美幹細胞針劑，還有照片可證明，檢方認定顧女已違反《醫師法》中，未取得合法醫師資格擅自執行醫療業務罪嫌，但審酌顧女犯後坦承犯行，予以起訴，向法院聲請簡易判決處刑。
