台塑年終4.24月 加1萬紅包

（中央社記者韋樞台北14日電）台塑企業員工年終獎金大豐收，除了原先依公式計算的4.24個月本薪的年終獎金外，另每人加發新台幣1萬元紅包，相當於加發0.28個月本薪，併計年終獎金每人約核發4.52個月。

台塑企業年終獎金預定1月20日發放。

台塑企業表示，考量101年度年終獎金為歷年來最低（2.83個月本薪加5000元紅包），且同仁又能共體時艱，使102年度獲利有所成長，為勉勵全體同仁並獎勵一年來的辛勞與貢獻，期能再創佳績，除依年終獎金制度化原則計算核發4.24個月本薪之外，外加 1萬元紅包。1030114
