立院通過　治水預算6年660億

【李英婷／台北報導】立法院今三讀通過《流域綜合治理特別條例》，治水經費6年660億元，以特別預算、分期編列，可舉債支應。條例自公布日施行至2019年12月31日止。此外，還通過附帶決議，要求該計畫應納入地方政府針對易淹水地區治理計畫及其後續已規劃治理部分優先執行。
 
修正條文也明列預算分配，河川及區域排水上限為420億元；雨水下水道為90億元；農田排水、水產養殖排水、上游坡地水土保持及治山防洪為150億元。
