私校教職員年金 6.3萬人適用

私校教職員是目前唯一不能領退休年金的族群，經私校及教師團體爭取多年，立法院預計今晚將通過公保法修正草案，未來私校教職員退休將可領公保年金，適用6.3萬多人，其中2790人在法案公告實施後，馬上符合請領條件，退休最多可月領約2萬元。

教育部人事處處長張秋元指出，凡投保滿15年、年滿65歲；或投保滿20年、年滿60歲；或投保滿30年、年滿55歲的私校教職員，退休後都可請領公保年金，以薪水到頂、投保30年的私立大學教授為例，可月領2萬451元；同樣年資、薪水到頂的中小學教師可月領1萬7839元。

張秋元說，私校公保年金適用對象，溯及民國99年1月1日以後退休者，已領公保一次養老給付者，可繳回一次金，改領年金。
