失聯多年　奸巧師婚前才找女學生

【陳宏銘／屏東報導】婚前和女學生發生性關係的鄒姓男老師是2012年12月29日結婚，數日前他找到女學生過去的同學問說：「我想找該名女學生」。藉此得到女學生手機號碼，約對方出遊後，當天就帶回自己住處發生性行為；鄒師於去年2、3月間又邀該女出遊，也是帶到住處發生性行。據了解該女學生此次還曾問鄒男「你都結婚了，這樣好嗎？」
 
《蘋果》接獲爆料指出，鄒師與妻子交往十年，前年底只是宴客，去年五月間才登記結婚。可能因此才被認定性侵行為是婚前所為。而對教育單位的調查報告，及教評會決議，女學生若不服可提申覆，她卻未提。
 
為何女學生對此事如此反應？鄒男則在調查時只稱是雙方你情我願下發生的事。聽聞此事，人本教育基金會屏東分會主任張萍張萍氣憤的強調，這是權力不對等下的結果，還說「我懷疑是否還有其他案例。」
