電擊酒女餵藥綑綁性侵　精障男辯稱性交易

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市28歲周姓男子去年11月帶一名約20歲酒店小姐回家，卻以電擊棒電擊女方腰背，逼女方吞服10多顆毒品再以鐵鍊綑綁女方雙手，藉此性侵得逞後，竟立刻報案自首。新北地檢署認為周男非真心認錯，今起訴周男涉犯強暴脅迫使人施用第二級毒品等罪嫌，最重可判無期，並建請法官斟酌周男是否符合自首要件。

周男（在押）辯稱花1萬4500元買全場性交易，沒戴套，叫女方吞藥是緩和情緒，用鐵鍊綑綁是防範女方逃跑，周男還提出診斷證明宣稱患有憂鬱症、焦慮症等精神疾病。

被害人反駁買全場1萬4500元不含性交易，且沒付清，周男先前已買過她幾次全場，只有吃宵夜聊天，她被電擊時，正捧著一碗剛加熱水的泡麵，周男還潑灑綠色液體宣稱是硫酸可毀容。被害人事後被驗出體內有MDA、K他命等毒品與抗憂鬱劑。
