名牌包惹糾紛　店家道歉

1名馬來西亞籍顏小姐，日前在北市知名百貨公司購物時，錯將3萬元現金當成2萬元支付給店員，但店員疏失未點鈔，當場2人吵起來還報警。
 
事後，該店家坦承疏失，表示當時店員在點鈔過程中確實有疏失，但是絕無刻意隱瞞顧客的意圖。而且經確認後，店經理及店員也在現場向顧客道歉，絕非如顧客所說不願承認疏失。日後，總公司將會再次向顧客正式道歉，也會加強員工訓練，防止類似事件再次發生。﹝陳建緯／台北報導﹞
