全球150大智庫 印度6入選

（中央社記者何宏儒新德里2日專電）根據美國賓州大學發布調查報告，全球150大最佳智庫排行榜，印度有6家入選，其中以「公民社會中心」居第50，排名最佳。

賓州大學「智庫與公民社會計畫」（Think Tanksand Civil Societies Program）上月22日公布「2013年全球領導公共政策研究智庫」（The Global Go ToThink Tanks Report And Policy Advice）報告說，印度有6個智庫排名全球前150。

6個智庫分別是公民社會中心（Centre for CivilSociety），排名50；國防研究與分析學院（Institutefor Defence Studies and Analyses），排名102；印度國際經濟關係研究院（Indian Council forResearch on International Economic Relations），排名105。

能源與資源研究所（The Energy and ResourcesInstitute），排名107；觀察家研究基金會（ObserverResearch Foundation），排名114；發展替代選擇（Development Alternatives），排名140。

上述報告指出，全球最佳智庫排名前3名分別是美國的布魯金斯研究所、英國的皇家國際事務研究所、美國的卡內基國際和平研究院。

美國的戰略暨國際研究中心、瑞典的斯德哥爾摩國際和平研究所分居4、5名。1030202
