過年聚餐　餐飲業績夯

近年來台灣的小家庭與外食人口增加快速，餐飲業在過年期間不論是除夕的年夜飯，或是年假期間的聚餐都相當踴躍，各大餐廳訂位與消費持續火熱，業者認為，也能夠帶動一波業績增長。
 
在飯店或餐廳圍爐過年的觀念已經逐漸為國人接受，團聚不再一定要在家裡，因此除了飯店業者以外，餐廳訂位狀況在年假間也十分火熱，滿座的景象隨處可見。
 
欣葉主管就表示，今年農曆春節來的較往年早，加上假期短，因此在年前就已經湧現不少的訂位需求，最主要的高峰落在除夕與初二這2天，圍爐與回娘家的需求讓用餐時段的訂位都已經滿座。
 
除了除夕與初二的高峰以外，欣葉主管也說，在從年前開始一直到目前的假期時段，訂位很滿的狀況也從用餐時段分別往前拉了1個小時，午餐從11點就開始，晚餐也從5點起就差不多被訂滿了，這樣的狀況預計會持續半個月的時間。（林海／台北報導）
