陳一新指新型大國關係恐損兩岸關係

淡江大學美洲所教授陳一新指出，這次歐習會的效果不如預期。在多項議題中，僅有關氣候變遷達成共識，網路問題、北韓問題是有共識而無效果。至於對台軍售，雙方仍是制式回應，並沒有新意，美國對台軍售不可能改變。不過，大陸與美國進行新型大國關係，部分是針對台灣，有損兩岸關係。
