如題目 我今天剛去買耳機 買電腦用的耳機 因為沒看好 買到手機用的耳機 想說才剛買發票還在應該可以去退 結果服務人員卻說裡面有我1根頭髮所以不能退 我想說算了 再問他說能換嘛他也說不行 請問是這樣嗎??
