張通榮赴醫院　辯有撥經費修斷橋

昨天基隆市斷橋事故造成臺鐵雙線停擺，緊急派員搶修後，台鐵已於昨晚23時01分搶修完成，恢復雙線行車。
 
基隆市長張通榮今天一早也到醫院，但稱是探視自己的友人，針對斷橋原因，只說有撥交經費維修，其他都不願多說。
