碧砂漁港捕螃蟹　船長落海失蹤

昨天中午，基隆市1名潘姓船長(43歲)與友人到海洋大學外面的海邊喝酒、游泳，疑在碧砂漁港防波堤一帶撈捕螃蟹，卻徹夜未歸，家人驚覺有報案，消防隊及海巡人員獲報下海搜尋，但截至目前仍無所獲，家人親友憂心忡忡，期待奇蹟出現。

潘男家人表示，以為潘男與友人晚上續攤，晚點就會回家，直到今天上午仍未回家，手機也打不通，跑到海邊察看，發現潘男機車及鞋子都還留在沙灘上，擔心潘男酒後下海出事。
