OCZ600W電源供應器可以自己修嗎?

之前有人開箱過同一款，是07年的文章，不過我是10年才買的

半年前用的好好的，突然就不能開機了，主機板燈有亮但不能開
昨天拿出來想拆風扇，再插電試一次，居然又能用了?
但這次我只是把綠色及黑色線短路而已，沒有插主機板
打開來看，電容都好的沒爆漿，也沒東西鬆動

請問這是什麼問題，我還能留著用嗎?
