關於台哥大經銷商問題?

小第有接到自稱是台哥大經銷商打來的電話要推銷門號的,剛開始沒想清楚先答應他們把東西送來,但後來想想不要了,把東西退回去,也沒簽收,但他們的小姐卻打電話來說那個不能退已經登記在我的名下了要我收下來,也不能取消,但我去門市問他們說那是可以取消的,他們還說就算我沒簽收過2天後門號還是會自動開啟,我一樣會收到帳單?我想請教各位他們這樣不等於是強迫推銷嗎?這樣合理嗎??我該怎麼做才能保護自己ㄋ??
