手指頭指甲下面常會脫皮??

我的手指頭指甲下面，常有脫皮翻起來，勾到衣服會痛。 檢視圖片 就像紅色箭頭處，會有像藍色那樣的脫皮翻起來，常常多個手指一起有，甚至一個手指頭有2-3處脫皮，這是為什麼呢??是身體缺少什麼營養成分嗎??
更神奇的是，我的小孩目前五個月大全母乳，上個月開始我發現她的手指頭也跟我一樣會有這樣的脫皮ㄟ~~這到底是為什麼呢??我的家人很少會有這種狀況，但我本人很常有，幾乎沒有斷過，只有懷孕期間沒有，到底是為什麼呢???能夠怎樣改善呢??
這個狀況台語稱作"ㄌㄧㄨˋ  ㄘㄨㄚ "
