七月內閣改組 馬英九否認

對於傳聞七月內閣局部改組，馬英九總統上午說，沒有聽說，目前沒有規畫。傳聞也稱駐美代表金溥聰將返台接任國安會秘書長，馬總統說，現在去揣測一些人事，對於工作的推動一點好處都沒有。
