行政院對會計法提覆議案

會計法修法惹起莫大爭議，除馬英九總統道歉，行政院今天上午也舉行臨時院會通過覆議案，隨後呈請總統核可後，再送立法院決議。

行政院發言人鄭麗文轉述，今天臨時院會是由主管機關主計總處，提出對於日前立法院三讀通過的會計法第九十九條之一的覆議案。主計總處官員先說明經立院三讀通過的會計法修正案內容，以及其窒礙難行、有所爭議之處；接著江揆裁示照案通過。
