馬英九評江宜樺：表現有為有守

對於傳聞七月內閣局部改組，馬英九總統上午說，沒有聽說，目前沒有規畫。傳聞也稱駐美代表金溥聰將返台接任國安會秘書長，馬總統說，現在去揣測一些人事，對於工作的推動一點好處都沒有。

馬英九評江宜樺：表現有為有守

馬英九總統上午對於行政院長江宜樺在會計法覆議案的表現，他說，他覺得江宜樺在這次會計法修法的問題上，表現得有為有守。

至於提出覆議案是否民意反彈所致？馬英九說，法案通過後外界確有許多批評，民眾觀感確實不好，但因這件事情涉及兩個院，他身為總統又是執政黨主席，因此他承擔責任，出來跟大家道歉。這是研商的過程，經過思考、沈澱，最後才做出決定。
