懷疑破壞感情　女碩士PO同學個資徵一夜情

吳姓女碩士和男友分手後，懷疑是高中周姓女同學從中作梗，竟冒用周女名義，2010年在網路「徵一夜情」洩漏周女住址、電話、手機門號，隔年又在國外成人網站，洩漏周女個資（犯案時間在個資法施行前），讓周女不堪其擾報警。

《自由時報》報導吳女道歉賠罪，並賠償、寫悔過書取得周女諒解，台中地院依偽造文書判1年徒刑，緩刑3年。
