幸福企業 中信金、中壽、元富證中選

台北市政府勞動局舉辦幸福企業評選，金融業中包括中信金控、中國人壽、元富證券雀屏中選。

幸福企業評選今年是第 3屆，由勞動局組成的評核委員會，針對工作環境、待遇與培訓、福利與獎勵、友善職場及其他特色等 5個面向，從參賽企業中評選出獲獎單位。

中壽總經理郭瑜玲表示，幸福企業應該具備的條件包括財務穩健、永續經營並能落實對同仁的長期承諾，企業與同仁上下一心、工作有意義、努力有目標。

中信金全球人力資源管理處處長廖榮均則表示，中信金秉持「We are family」品牌精神，以「家」為出發點，滿足員工基本需求及自我實現，並在健康工作環境上貢獻一己之力。

元富證總經理李明輝指出，許多媒體和民眾對幸福企業抱持著刻版印象，認為只要有豪華酷炫的軟硬體，優沃的薪資福利，就能令員工幸福，元富證這次參選幸福企業，是想宣示另一種讓員工幸福的方式，除了有形的福利，更重要的是將「幸福」的成分融入到企業文化和工作氛圍中，讓每個人快樂而自在地工作。
