俄外長警告 勿對敘採強硬措施

針對美、英、法三國一致主張聯合國在要求敘利亞交出化學武器的決議文中，須包括「強力且有拘束力」的措施，俄羅斯外交部長拉夫洛夫16日警告，西方國家揚言在決議中列入強硬措施，可能會破壞國際間追求和平的努力。他表示，俄羅斯反對在決議文中，加入依據聯合國憲章第七條可對敘利亞動武的條文；並呼籲美國應遵守美、俄兩國在16日所達成的和平架構協議。
