在國外手機開機要付網路費用嗎?

想問一下

我有一支門號是上網吃到飽的(799元)

前幾天去泰國

第一天要從台灣出發時，有把那支手機給關機(唉~忘了把電池拔出來><")

結果最後一天回到台灣後，要開機時，發現那支手機已經是開機狀態了

不知道何時去按到~不小心開機了

那~~下期費用是否一樣是799的費用嗎??

還是................那費用會爆增呢Q_Q"?
