天兔發威 亞洲至少33人罹難

颱風天兔(Usagi)挾帶狂風暴雨橫掃中國大陸南部，路上的汽車被吹翻，造成人員死傷，使得天兔在亞洲已造成至少33人喪生。

本季最強烈颱風天兔侵襲大陸廣東省，在今天(23日)威力減弱至熱帶低氣壓之前，已迫使數百個航班取消、店家關閉，火車也停駛。

超級颱風天兔在21日通過台灣和菲律賓。據菲律賓官員說，有8人死於水患和土石流；而台灣方面則有9人因為樹倒而受傷。

中國大陸當局表示，天兔22日晚間在廣東汕尾登陸後，帶來時速175公里的驚人風速，在廣東造成25人喪生。

由於正值中秋假期，天兔導致交通大亂。根據香港機場當局表示，在香港有超過250個出入境航班被迫取消、另有120個航班延誤。而廣深港、京廣高鐵等部分高鐵路段將繼續停駛至24日。
