新北抽驗豬肉豬內臟 全合格

中廣新聞網 – 

新北市衛生局8月針對轄內攤商及餐飲業者，抽驗豬肉及豬內臟共10件，檢驗動物用藥及乙型受體素，抗生素等，檢驗結果10件全數過關。

衛生局指出，生鮮肉品如果檢出動物用藥殘留不符規定，涉及違反食品衛生管理法第15條第1項第5款規定，產品除了應該馬上沒入銷毀外，另依同法第44條，可針對違規業者處6萬到1,500萬罰鍰；也呼籲民眾，購買肉品最好選擇來源明確，燈光明亮、環境清潔的店家，較有保障。
