胖達人麵包香精案衍生出炒股疑雲，檢調展開調查。藝人小S的先生許雅鈞以及小S公公許慶祥、基因董事長徐洵平夫婦、財務長等人，涉賺在得知今年營運明顯下滑的消息後，趁股價在高點大量出脫股票獲利，因此成為檢調調查內線交易案的焦點。利空衝擊導致基因國際再吞跌停板，今天一早開在跌停價74.3元，只成交了229張，場外仍高掛超過1千張的委賣張數全都賣不掉。終場下跌5.5元，收在74.3元。
