831深夜 總統找江揆入寓所談關說案

【陳郁仁／台北報導】 總統馬英九今早接受台北之音「蔻蔻早餐」節目專訪時，坦誠八月三十一日晚間，檢察總長黃世銘進總統官邸報告立法院長王金平的關說案後，當晚十點，他有找行政院長江宜樺和當時的總統府副秘書長羅智強進寓所，告訴他們黃世銘報告的結果和監聽譯文。但馬總統強調，他們三人當初的結論都是「尊重」，不做任何處理。

馬也說是他請黃世銘跟江揆報告，因為江是黃的長官，但此案是行政調查，不是刑事案件，所以不屬於偵查不公開。
