【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】蘇丹一名女子，因為坐上一名「非親屬關係」男子的汽車，於是被人拖出車，趕到街角一處用皮鞭暴打，引來大批民眾看熱鬧，行刑的警官還越打越興奮，甚至大笑起來。

這段影片大約長一分鐘，被暴打的35歲女子瑟縮在牆邊，跪在地上，警官甩起鞭子，每一下都擲地有聲，可見力度之大，讓女子亦痛得大叫起來，引來大批人圍觀，但無人出手阻止。

片段被送到一名記者手中，再上傳到網路。 當地官員表示，認同鞭刑不是在正當情況下執行，但根據伊斯蘭教條，任何衣著或行為，違反公眾禮儀的人可以被罰打40鞭，法律主要是針對女性，由於條文含糊，所以容許執法人員隨便行刑。
