民進黨中央不同意入黨 陳致中：將說明

民進黨發言人王閔生今天指陳致中當初退黨參選，被視同除名，最快要到2015年6月才能申請入黨；陳致中晚上在臉書上回應說，有關提名條例第9條，退黨參選視同除名，解釋上係以參加初選為前提，但他的情形不同，他沒有參加黨內初選。他也會向中央黨部來說明。

陳致中也說，當初他的退黨是為了兼顧黨內和諧、維護同志情誼，是故不投入黨內初選，縱然內心百般無奈不捨，亦只能選擇暫時離開深愛追隨的民主進步黨，以無黨籍身分投入市議員選戰。
