擔心油品不純 民眾自炸豬油

國內油品連續出包，高雄市民眾最近到市場買豬油自己煉豬油比率增加，高雄市自助餐業者及豬肉販原本煉豬油自用，現在也端上架販賣，銷路頗佳。

自助餐業者今天一早就炸一大鍋油，立即有不少老主顧訂購，林姓市民說，看到市面上那麼多調和油，也不知道那一款有混到不好的油，乾脆吃古早味的豬油，比較香，不用擔心吃到棉籽油。

自助餐業者傅秀芙英說，一般家庭使用買50元就足夠，可以請肉販幫忙絞碎，把豬油洗乾淨後，乾鍋中小火，幾分鐘之後會開始出油，用要小火慢慢翻拌，以免大火豬油焦掉，油變苦。
