《陸企》看好健康服務業 康美藥業收購3家醫院

大公網報導，隨著大陸將健康服務產業升級為國家戰略，康美藥業(600518.SH)也加快拓展健康服務產業鏈的速度。康美藥業昨(4)日發布公告指出，公司與梅河口市人民政府簽訂《醫療產業戰略合作框架意向書》，將整體收購吉林省梅河口市婦幼保健院、梅河口市友誼醫院、梅河口市中醫院，並將於後續投入5億元(人民幣,下同)進行發展。

康美藥業表示，對三家醫院後續投入原則上不少於5億元，資金將針對科室建設、設備購置和人才培養等方面來進行發展。此外，梅河口市人民政府在對上述三家醫院原有財政撥款政策不變基礎上，結合國家相關政策，將進行專項資金扶持。

康美藥業認為，梅河口市已形成人口數逾200萬、規模超過20億元的醫療健康消費市場。而由於地區醫療健康產業起點較低，預期未來隨著經濟發展及人口老齡化加劇，梅河口市在醫療健康服務的市場前景可觀。
