　　臺灣光榮特庫摩於 2013 年 11 月 5 日（二）起至 2013 年 11 月 17 日（日）期間，將針對 PS3/PS Vita 專用免費連線對戰遊戲《三國志 12 對戰版》日文版（下載版），推出與高人氣漫畫「司馬仲先生」的第二波合作企劃。

　　此外，在「武將籤」中追加新兵科武將卡的第一波「新兵科套件」，也將於 2013 年 11 月 11 日（一）起開放下載。追加內容包括駕馭巨大象群擊潰敵方陣營的「戰象」，以及利用本身強大防禦力及長距離射程驅逐敵方部隊的「山越」等，靈感來自南方異民族的新兵科武將卡。另外還有擁有超群戰鬥能力的「虎豹騎」張遼，以及可在短時間內發動連續攻擊，將對手逼到絕境的「連弩」諸葛亮等屬於強力新兵科的武將卡。

　　「上奏成功率提升特別活動」與「新兵科套件」的下載除了《三國志 12 對戰版》日文版之外，持有《三國志 12》日文版（PS3/PS Vita）及《三國志 12 with 威力加強版》日文版（PS3/PS Vita）的玩家也都能參加。
