【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】海燕颱風在今日凌晨已經登陸菲律賓，但這個颱風卻被美國CNN、《哈芬登郵報》以及英國BBC形容為「30年來最強無敵魔鬼颱」，可見海燕的威力。

從衛星雲圖來看，海燕颱風的結構非常紮實，並在當地時間今日凌晨5點登陸菲律賓。根據報導，海燕的風速高達每小時240公里，目前正向菲律賓東部和中部前進，土石流、淹水等災情似乎不可免，菲國如臨大敵，正嚴正準備防災，並起動救災系統。

目前已有部份居民先行撤離家園，未來24小時將是海燕影響菲律賓最甚的時候。
